This dish is inspired by the coastal regions of Spain. Yellow fin Tuna is one of the most favoured fish in Spanish Cuisine which is why it has been kept raw so you can taste the freshness. Dani has used escabeche to enhance the flavour of the dish. The cracker is made from Calasparra rice mixed with squid ink. The seaweed sauce and creamed horseradish gives it a bit of saltiness and a spicy kick.

Finish your day or start the night right with Bellota's Happy Hour. Enjoy delicious tapas, from only $6, and one of the drinks for just $8. The choice of drinks includes Estrella tap beer, house wine, red or white sangria or mulled wine.
