The Auckland Live Digital Stage in Aotea Square is a larger-than-life, outdoor screen showcasing local and international live arts and entertainment. Its curated programme of short films and video content offers a view into the worlds of dance, music, visual arts, theatre, and film with stories and profiles of arts companies, artists and new and existing works from New Zealand and around the world.

  • 12.30pm – 1.30pm: Sometimes just touching the earth is enough by Sarah Smuts-Kennedy (Supported by Auckland Council)
  • 6pm – Closure: Video work Zodiac by COVEN Collective 
  • On rotation through the day
    • Selection of New Zealand video art curated by Mark Williams from Circuit
    • Selection of international video art curated by Gabriel Soucheyres from Videoformes
    • Compilation of New Zealand VJ works curated by Naomi Lamb from The Wanderer Productions
