If you're looking for an effective way to work out and get fit, maximising your results yet minimising the time, then you have to check out fu/nis EMS training.

This boutique studio on Shortland Street utilises state of the art EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulus) technology to deliver a full body workout in just 20 minutes. In fact, it's proven to be as effective as a 60-90min conventional workout session at the gym.

Training sessions at fu/nis EMS training involve no more than two people at a time, who are always supervised and motivated by one of fu/nis’ expert personal trainers. All sessions are tailored to the individual fitness levels of the clients.

Once kitted out in their high tech gear, you will be taken through a set of bodyweight exercises. These familiar yet effective movements are designed to strengthen your body and kick-start your metabolism while remaining gentle on the joints.

The full-body workout will have you doing the likes of squats, bicep curls and planks, while your muscles contract at a high intensity.

It's an effective and safe way to train and will help improve your strength, speed and power along with increasing your muscular tone quickly.

Ideal for those looking to maintain a work/life balance - with one or two 20-minute sessions per week all it takes to improve physical and mental wellbeing - the studio’s move to O’Connell Street makes it an ideal lunchtime destination for those working in or close to the city centre, who want optimum results in a fraction of the time.
