Join the District 8 Week Challenge at District Fitness and get in shape just in time for the holiday season.  

On offer with the District 8 week challenge:

  • Fitness test at start and end of challenge
    • Focusing on strength and cardio - you will partake in the fitness test at the start and end of your challenge to see how much your cardio and strength improves by the end of the challenge. 
  • Body Scanning before and after challenge.
    • Provided by vital body scan this breaks down the fundamentals throughout your body and gives you a surement as to how much you've changed in 8 weeks. Body scanning includes: 
      • Muscle mass in KG
      • Body Fat in KG and as a percentage
      • Muscular imbalances
      • Basal Metabolic rate
      • Weight management guidance
      • Nutritional Evaluation & much more
  • Facebook group to connect with trainers and your 8 week challenge team.
  • Weekly meal plans provided by Dietitian and Nutrition expert Kate Morton from Dietitian Marketplace released weekly with shopping list included - we promise the meals are easy and nutritious. 
  • Unlimited classes at District across all three disciplines with recommended class structure for maximum results.  
    • HIIT, Cycle, Yoga and Barre all at your fingertips to challenge and change you over the 8 weeks.
