Head to GRID AKL for an evening with some of New Zealand’s most well known women in startups. They are the makers, the risk takers and the shakers of today. This fun and practical evening event will leave you feeling empowered and ready to take your start up or idea to launch your own thing to the next level.

Jordan Rondel -  The Caker
Since being established from grass roots in 2010, The Caker is now one of New Zealand's most prominent cake businesses and an internationally recognised brand. Along with a cult following for her made-to-order cakes, Jordan has two recipe books and as well as a line of luxury baking mixes.​

Tesh Randell -  Raglan Coconut Yoghurt
Tesh Randall (or Mrs Coconut as she's known in Raglan) is a busy entrepreneur - starting out in her home kitchen 3 years ago, Raglan Coconut Yoghurt now supplies over 450 stores around New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Rarotonga. She believes that business can be used as a tool for creating positive change.​

Sara Orme -  Girl Undiscovered
Sociologist, photographer, creative director and more recently, co-founder of start up Girl Undiscovered, Sara’s journey has traversed through many highs and lows and busy times that include raising her 2 sons, and keeping her eye on the ball always. Sara has enjoyed both national and international success and will share how a lifetime of both personal and business experience can work to create a successful start up.

Mandy Duncan -  Noah & Bowie
Noah & Bowie was established in 2014 by Mandy Duncan. Named after her two children, Mandy has taken the idea of 'stay at home, working mum' to a whole new level. Now a well known Influencer, Mandy shares her time between designing and managing all aspects of Noah & Bowie, her own personal profile and being a mum and wife. Noah & Bowie products can be found in shops all over the globe.
