Located in the Pullman Hotel, Tapestry Dining is influenced by the modernity of the world and the countries that encompass it. The name was born from the philosophy that "food is a work-of-art by nature”. 

With a focus on nature they "seek, gather and thread” regional and seasonal produce to produce dishes that celebrate nature’s "work-of-art”.
