The Shucker Brothers oyster bar occupies a small but perfectly formed space in the heritage Ferry Building on Auckland's beautiful waterfront.
Designed by Cheshire Architects, the fit out perfectly embodies the philosophy behind the eatery's menu - simple, relaxed and on point. A long marble bar counter is the centerpiece of the space, inviting you to wind down with a glass of bubbly and scrumptious delights from the sea.
Oysters are not surprisingly the stars of the menu. You can get them au naturale or served with a pink grapefruit and prosecco granita. If you like your oysters with a twist, try them in light and crispy tempura with whipped horseradish cream.
