Being on the corner site they have maximised a lifestyle vibe on their Moet deck, sporting beanbags, retro deck chairs and a garden lounge feel that makes you just want to stay and chill all afternoon and into the night.
Head Chef Jack Crosti has also maximised this vibe and has created a very delectable but easy menu, that would please most palettes. Using a solid fuel fired hotline, meals gain a caramelised, smoky edge that tests your tastebuds and leaves you wanting more.
The last thing to mention and certainly not the least is General Manager Kim Curtayne’s philosophy for the company and how they deliver service – ‘help, be helpful, offer more help’ and it’s this ethos coming from the top down, that is seeing them race past their first milestone, with no stopping insight.
