New News: FISH have just announced their new head chef Wallace Mua, who brings him with a French-Pacific flair that won't disappoint.

Not to miss dishes on the menu include a traditional Samoan Raw Market Fish Oka starter, made with taro puree, mango, taro crisp and tiger milk. Another stand out dish is the moreish Bouillabaisse fish stew originating in Marseille, France made with fresh market fish, shellfish, crayfish bisque and black garlic.
