Sim's Kitchen is a family-run business passionate about bringing delicious Malaysian street food to diners. From nasi goreng and beef rendang to roti canai, curry laksa and mee goreng, the team are experts in Penang-style cuisine!
Doris, the owner of SIm’s Kitchen, grew up in Penang - a Malaysian state renowned for its street food and hawker centres. Her skills were taught by her older brother who spent more than 20 years operating a street stall selling ‘char kway teow’ traditionally with charcoal fire. Doris loves to share her hometown cuisine with her patrons.
$2 per hour to a max of $12 on weekends and a $12 flat rate for weekday evenings at The Civic car park. Find out more.
