A Night with Colin Fassnidge
The luck of the Irish is coming to Soul and we think we've struck gold with this one! Dublin born chef and restaurateur Colin Fassnidge will be cooking up a storm with us this October and we simply cannot wait! He's the tough-talking, prank-pulling, rule-breaking judge on Australia's My Kitchen Rules that we all know and love, and very soon his new show, My Restaurant Rules New Zealand will be hitting our screens! Yes, you can be watching him from the comfort of home, then eating his delicious food and meeting him here for this epic one-off event!
The cheeky and outspoken Irishman firmly believes the secret to cooking a great dish is planning and “having a bit of love for the food”. He counts pork, potato, lemon and peas among his favourite ingredients to cook with, a real Irishman at heart!
After being crowned GQ Magazine’s Chef of the Year in 2013, Colin has gone from strength to strength with his restaurant The Four in Hand Dining Room being awarded two hats as well as 4Fourteen retaining its hat from 2011 to 2018. Since appearing as a guest judge on My Kitchen Rules, he has become a huge fan favourite and we know we are going to love him even more after My Restaurant Rules!
