Introduction to Māori Mindfulness

Grounded in Te Ao Māori healing traditions and cultural philosophy, Cathy translates old and time tested knowledge into practical and unique approaches for accessing and applying our abilities to create and live in well-being today. These profound yet simple practices are accessible and relatable to any person of any background, while giving participants a refreshing view into the Maori world.

Come and learn about easy movement, breathing and sound techniques that can be practiced daily to support, manage and care for the well-being of our full selves; tinana/body, hinengaro/mind and wairua/spirit.
This session is to introduce you to the background and foundations of this practice, to try some of the basics and answer any appropriate questions.
