Working with renowned local, clean skincare brand, Tailor, Hilton Auckland’s team of culinary talents led by Culinary Director, Des Harris, Executive Chef, Alan Smith and Pastry Chef, Hiranya Ratnayake, presents a myriad of creative delights that play on and highlights the natural ingredients, brand message and its “Awaken” Brightening Eye Cream.
Within the elegant and soothing surrounds of Bellini Bar at Hilton Auckland, look out to the panoramic sea views while you sip on artisanal teas and indulge in beautifully handcrafted bites such as Tostada with Spanner Crab and Watermelon Rind, Seared Beef Tartare with Egg Yolk Jam and Hemp Seed Lavosh with Cured Salmon and Finger Lime. Their signature scones are paired with the usual sweetened cream and – a new addition – the sweet and reinvigorating kiwi and pear jam. The beloved top tier of sweet pastries will see the Chocolate Hazelnut Tart with Plum Jelly and Coffee Chantilly representing and encompassing the elements of the 'Awaken' Brightening Eye Cream, including touches of gold leaves for the shimmery look of the cream. The Caramelised Pineapple Mousse with Butterscotch and Cashew Custard on Coconut Cake, Matcha Sponge with Yuzu Jelly and White Chocolate Chantilly features the signature colours of the concise range of products that Tailor carries. The Tailored To You Afternoon Tea at Bellini Bar in Hilton Auckland will be available from 4 April to 30 June 2024 every Thursday to Sunday, with three seatings - at 11am, 12pm 2.45pm –and priced at $89 person.
