A Caribbean inspired bar has popped up at Parasol & Swing for the summer season!
The space showcases the new Bacardi 4 year rum, and the rest of the Bacardi family of spirits (Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose, Patron Tequila), in a variety of modern and remixed classic tropical cocktails, along with a short food menu designed to pair those flavours.
Head along for 4pm happy hour with a range of simple and delicious cocktails, or come later, sit back and enjoy the sunsets over the boardwalk as you sip on a menu of flavoured Mojitos, clarified coladas, flavour margaritas, limoncello Martinis and more!
Open 3pm till late Thursday to Sunday.
