Cambridge Road make stunning organic, biodynamic and natural wines, made with minimal intervention, which means no nasty chemicals and very little filtration. This results in the wines representing the soil in which they are grown and the winemaker who made them.
Lance's wines are fun and adventurous while being as sustainable as possible. In our minds these are some of the best examples of "new wave wines".
The kitchen will be putting on a Food and Wine pairing – five course menu, focusing on Springs' fantastic produce and sustainable seafood from our Auckland waters.
