An Italian lunch, or “pranzo”, is considered the most important meal. It’s a time to enjoy the age-old Italian values of tradition, family, friends, food and celebrating life in style.
Led by chef Paulie Hooton, start with complimentary antipasto and aperitivo, learn to cook Primo, Secondi and Contorno (side dish) and finish with Formaggi e frutta, caffe and gelato.
