Archived: Biru Ebisu

American Express Restaurant Month

If you love Japanese food and you love an enticing unique craft beer (and a drop of sake), join us for American Express Restaurant Month with Ebisu and Behemoth Brewery creating a 7-course dinner of carefully thought out combinations that will appeal to both food and beer lovers.

Biru Ebisu is set to be an evening of deliciousness. With the expertise of Ebisu head chef Fred Wong, and the evening’s hosts; certified sake sommelier Wayne Shennen (one of just 129 Advanced Sake Professionals worldwide) and Behemoth Brewing Company’s owner/operator Andrew Childs, prepared your taste buds for one-off combinations of carefully paired flavours matched with refreshing and intriguing beverages.
