Already a favourite for its Southern American cuisine boasting big flavours and large portions, Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen has turned the heat up launching a fresh menu on the scene.

Head Chef, Joshua Johnson, has carefully crafted the new menu staying true to Sweat Shop’s famous big flavours while adding a hint of finesse inspired by European cuisines. With eye-popping dishes such as succulent lamb racks that sit atop a bed of smoked beetroot, roast garlic and beer onions drizzled in juniper berry jus, your taste buds are guaranteed to thank you.

Vegetarians and omnivores alike, can enjoy a delicious flavourful meal at the Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen. Margarita pizzas aside, Sweat Shop now offers the likes of a mouth-watering smoked beetroot salad that features golden kumara, bulgur wheat, cashew nuts and kale with a lime and cider dressing. Darn that does sound appetising.

Sweat Shop Brew Kitchen is a relaxed, welcoming space, with a large bustling bar, Rosie’s cocktail corner and a boutique brewery onsite brewing award winning craft beer. Located in Victoria Quadrant, this destination mega-venue is vibrant, marking the heart of the city. Brought to life by Rosie the Riveters influence, you can choose to dine in the restaurant in one of Rosie’s booths or outdoors on their sunny outdoor deck.
