With the start of a new year, the much-loved Chancery eatery, Inti, has introduced new dishes with an emphasis on excellent produce and intriguing combinations, in an approachable style.

Inti continues to explore contemporary Hispanic cuisine and to make inroads throughout the regions of Central and South America, touching on indigenous foods and Spanish influences.

We recommend starting your meal with the moreish sweet corn infused with chipotle butter, coffee mayo and dried Manchego.

The other must-try dishes on the new menu are the beautifully served pork belly with hazelnut milk, apricot, long pepper and pickles, ceviche with heirloom tomatoes, lardo, potatoes and sherry vinegar, and Trevally Veracruz served with fennel salad, olives and parsley.

For dessert, we found the goat milk Crema Catalana with torched meringue, barley and berries especially irresistible.

If you haven't tried Inti before, or are looking for another reason to visit, the new menu certainly gives you a perfect excuse to do that.
