Kura Restaurant | $55 for a 2 course dinner or lunch + drink 

Kura is not only a sake bar boasting over 25 different types of sake but also a restaurant specialising in authentic Japanese cuisine. Hidden behind an old temple door facing Queen Street, inside you’ll find a sophisticated, modern and funky Japanese restaurant. We love the look of their special menu for Restaurant Month - particularly their Kakuni nao: a soft bao bun filled with tender soy pork belly with seasonal vegetables.

Affectionately known as "The Fed", Al Brown has put his spin on Jewish deli food. The team brings together classic American and Montreal style food including cured meats, lox, latkes, pickles & schmaltz - the best sandwiches in town, made to order - soda fountains, and bottomless 'Joe'. Don't miss their epic $55 menu - three delightful courses including a slice of one of their pies for dessert - choose from their New York cheesecake, banana toffee, lemon meringue, choc-cherry or peanut butter & jelly.
