There was plenty of buzz on 19 August 2017 as restaurant teams across the central city came together at Shed 10 on Queens Wharf to serve up a myriad of different international styles and flavours with their take on the hottest global street food.

35 restaurants, food trucks and pop-ups served a range of dishes including pork belly corn dogs, black betty bao, dumplings, salmon wings, crêpes and waffle burgers, to name just a few.
