We recommend the mouthwatering wagyu beef ban xeo (served in a taco-like shell), the crispy popping prawns with curry leaf and yuzu aioli, relish and the smoked eggplant bahn mi (they also have a pork cheek option that was equally tasty). A must-try is the “Bu vien haze” - inspired by a cold, sweet dragonfruit juice served fresh on the streetside and the “Phuc-cing recovery” cocktail - Jungle 8's twist on a classic espresso martini with Phuc-long and a brûlée custard foam to create a palate reminiscent of ca phe trung, or Vietnamese egg coffee.
