Parasol & Swing launches Brolly, a cosy new pop-up bar concept.

Fans of Parasol & Swing will be excited to discover the latest creation nestled on the lower level of the popular rooftop cocktail bar. Brolly is owners Jason Rosen and Adam Neal's latest project, and it’s here just in time for summer. Described as an ‘aperitif cocktail, wine & shared plates style pop-up’, Brolly serves up modern NZ-style grazing plates, with locally sourced ingredients that will change regularly. The drinks list features natural and organic NZ and Australian labels, Kir Royales (sparkling wine cocktails), and cocktails that can be served in-house or taken away.
