A giant piano staircase is set to take over the Aotea Centre steps for the month of May and you’re invited to tinkle the ivories. Originally created by Remo Saraceni and made famous by Tom Hanks in the film Big, the installation has toured the world.

Come and celebrate NZ Music Month by unleashing your musical talent on this fun and interactive installation. It will make walking upstairs a charming musical experience.

Be sure to share your piano tunes with Auckland Live on Instagram - tag @aucklandlive.

Made possible with the support of the City Centre Place Activation.
