Khartoum Place

A colourful, welcoming square

This colourful square is a popular spot for city dwellers looking for somewhere shady and comfortable - especially for some al fresco dining.

The square is also used as a pedestrian link between Lorne and Kitchener Streets with a very close proximity to the Auckland Art Gallery

It features large shady trees, a fountain and tile work that is significant to the celebrations and acknowledgements of the Women's Suffrage Movement in New Zealand.

$2 per hour to a max of $12 on weekends and a $12 flat rate for weekday evenings at The Civic car park. Find out more
