Get creative at Auckland Art Gallery with a fantastic origami making class these school holidays.
As a part of their exhibition for Lee Mingwei and his Relations: The Art of Participation, Auckland Art Gallery will be teaching children the art of traditional Japanese origami paper folding.
Kids will learn how to create the distinctive paper sculptures with easy to use instruction sheets and can either gift them to someone else or leave them at the Auckland Art Gallery as a gift for someone else.
The Origami Activity is a free drop in activity available from 10.00am until 5.00pm each day.
$2 per hour to a max of $12 on weekends and a $12 flat rate for weekday evenings at The Civic car park. Find out more.
